Refund policy

Return Period:

You may return items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and include all original packaging.
• Gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return.
• Personalised items are eligible for return only in the case of embroidery errors on our part.

Return Charges:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming its receipt.
• Following confirmation, your refund will be processed.
• A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-4 working days.
